Brad Webb is the Lead Pastor at Family of Grace and is married to Kristy Webb and is the devoted father to his 4 beautiful children, 3 girls Emily, Abby and Ella and his son Bradley. He was pastoring a church in Montgomery, LA when the Lord called him to be a church planter. He packed up everything he owned and began to take the steps to follow that call. The Lord brought him here to Alexandria, LA where he began making the church plant come to life. The first corporate meeting of Family of Grace Church was in 2007. Since then God has worked in miraculous ways and has seen Brad and Family of Grace through many challenging and exciting times.
It is Pastor Brad’s desire to see Family of Grace be a church that looks like the city it calls home by breaking ethnic, cultural, and social barriers to help hurting and healthy people become all that God has designed and desires them to be.
Pastor Ralph is a man of few words, but if you were to ask him what he loves most, he would tell you: God, family, and Harleys.
He is the Executive Pastor, and as such gives oversight to the financial and business operations of the of the church.
Lance Cypert is the Multiplying Pastor here at Family of Grace. He and his wife Sarah have been married for 28 years. They have two daughters who are both married and are parents of Lance and Sarah’s four beautiful granddaughters. At the age of 8, Lance accepted Jesus as his Savior and Lord. At the age of 19 he knew the Lord was calling him into the ministry. He is a graduate of Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary and has served previously as a youth minister, associate pastor, and lead pastor. He and Sarah along with their daughters served as missionaries with the International Mission Board for three years in South America. His passion is to see many come to Christ and help them have an ongoing relationship with Him through discipleship and through being a part of the family here at Family of Grace.
Ashley Mack began serving the ministry of Family of Grace in January 2013. She has served in a variety of ministries and missions from serving at a camp for 6 years and serving on leadership teams for various ministries and internships, to serving in the heart of the inner city of Alexandria.
She is the Director for our Cultivate After School Ministry and our Undefeated Wednesday night service as well as coordinates and give over sight to various other ministries such as the Chaserz College Internship.
Ashley is passionate about helping people become all that God has called them to be by helping them discover who they are in Christ and to reach their full potential for His glory!
Brandon Allen is from Port Hudson, LA. He recently graduated from Louisiana College where he was heavily involved with FCA and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at the 2011 College Athlete Retreat. He began attending Family of Grace while just looking for a church to plug into and fell in love with the atmosphere.
God pulled on his heart and he felt lead to be the full time youth and college pastor at Family of Grace. Brandon has been blown away with how God has moved in his life the short time he has been here and he cannot wait to see what Christ has in store for the future. Brandon and his beautiful wife Miranda both currently live in the middle of Alexandria. He is now currently pursuing a Masters of Div. with a Christian Ministries focus at Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY.
Childrens Ministry Team
Jess loves working and serving with children. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Nicholls State University where the Baptist Collegiate Ministry played a major role in her salvation and discipleship experience. She obtained a Master of Divinity with Specialization in Urban Missions from NOBTS. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, dining, and spending time with family and friends. She works with Louisiana Baptists as the Children/Youth Mission Education Strategist and she is happy to be a part of Family of Grace.
Brianna Allen is from Zachary, Louisiana, and is currently a junior at Louisiana State University at Alexandria majoring in Communication Studies. She is a team member of the Elevate Children’s Ministry team and works with the Cultivate after school program. She loves teaching children about the love of Jesus Christ.
Sarah is the Nursery Coordinator within the Elevate Ministry. She has a heart for children of all ages. She recently earned a dual degree in Elementary Education and Special Education and is a Paraprofessional at Caroline Dormon Jr. High School in the Special Education Dept. Previously she has directed several children’s ministries within churches and has been involved in training children’s ministry workers.
Shanice Mack has been serving at Family of Grace since 2014 by volunteering with Undefeated and then to Media Team. She is a graduate from LSUA with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications in May 2016. She have spent her time helping out the media team and helping to grow the ministry of Family of Grace.Through that God has opened a door for her to serve here on staff. Shanice is currently leads the media team and enjoys helping the ministry of Family of Grace.
